Although this place is old the staff tries to keep it up. It is really sad that the so called adults that live here trash the place. The staff can only keep it nice if the people living here help maintain it as well!! Th apartments are huge. The new company that bought 2900 Place plans on renovating soon. I am excited. Hopefully the people that live here can appriciate it and stop being destructive. The office staff really tries to help in any way that they can. If you do not agree with something that they say they happily give you someone higher up in authority to talk to without an attitude. I have been happy here. This is not a new place by no means however, it is close to campus and a descent place to live. People are amazing that are writing the bad reviews. I think that they did not pay their rent and probablly were evicted.
