I've lived here for 2 years now. The place is becoming the ghetto, especially at night. Drunk people roam the hallways and destroy things, prank knock on your doors, and make a ton of noise. There is no building security. It's very unsafe. Further the parking situation is horrible. They decided to work on the parking structure during the worse time of the year, and they provided no notice of the problem, and they Didn't even give us ALTERNATE PARKING. Now it's impossible to get a parking space here. Further the electric bills are insane. Normally in the winter they run in the 60-80 range, in the summer however when you are running their ancient air conditioners be prepared to eat a bill. I've had bills as high as 160 in the summer, my lowest in the summer was 120. They also nail you on garbage and water for about 25 a month. Only come here if desparate, and bring a can of mace for your night time walks into your apartment.
