There were a few problems last year. 2900 Place evicted the people that were causing the problems. I have lived here for 4 years and have experienced none of the problems that the person previously stated. The office staff has sent letters out regarding the parking issues. The reason that they are repairing the parking structure is because there was a pot hole the size of a car. I do not know about the rest of you people but I think that common sense tells me that they could not control when the structuire needed to be redone. Do people want to have their vehicles ruined' The office did send a notice out because I receive it on BRIGHT RED PAPER! They told us to park in the parking lot next to the pool. As far as the electric bills I live in a 2 bedroom and have never had a bill that high. I do not know if this person ran the a/c 24/7. My water and trash bill averages around $15-20. Most places charge utilities. I like living here. Do not listen to the bad things. There are alot of happy people that live here.
