I have lived at 2900 for 2 years and worked in the office over the summer. Yes there has been some major construction. This should be e good thing. People should want their home to look nice. The only part of the construction that has been really loud is the balcony repair work. It has taken longer than expected because there was more work needing to be done than originally antisipated. This need to be done for the safety of people using the balconies. Yes it is loud however; it is not going to last forever. The work occurs during normal business hours of 8:00 am and ends early in the afternoon at 3:30 pm. I have worked with Cecelia and Dawn and they do care. The work is out of their control. The work is through the construction company. Unfortunately to get the nice building that I know we all want you have to take the good with the bad. As far as the construction going on for 3 years that is not true. The apartments themselves will take 3 years to complete remodeling not the building. The previous person mispoke. The parking issue was due to the ramp being redone. People will complain when the place looks bad but are not willing to be patient to see the goog things that 2900 is trying to do
