I had a pleasent time living there, but when I moved out, I had the mainenance guy do the move out check list with me and he found no probs and signed that I will get my security dep back in full. Well 2 months later they sent me a check with 100 dollars taken out for "cleaning fees"! I called and explained the mainenance guy said the place looked great and there would be no charges, their reply was that its not garaunteed when he does the walk through! so what is the point of the walk through if they are still gonna charge you' I decided to go to court because although I rented for 1 year, I actually never moved in or really lived there bc I lived with my fiance (just needed a place of my own so parents wouldn't find out...) So how could the place be dirty'''' Waiting on court date.

This rating is not true. If a person were to receive a sign off that there were no charges the office would be honor that. If you did receive a sign off please bring it to the office. The office would be more than happy to look at the document. We would never tell a resident that the walk though was not guarenteed unless the person moved out early and did not turn keys in. Pleas submit the documentation and we would be more than happy to rectify this matter. We do not show any such person owing us a $100 cleaning fee.
