I lived at 2900 Place for 2 years. When I moved out I was charged for a few things I did not agree to. Unfortunately I never turned in my move in check list. How are they supposed to know the condition of the apartment if I do did not turn one in' My fault! When I spoke to the office and explained the situation they were more than happy to negotiate with me. I did have some cleaning charges but it was my own fault! I should have known that I needed to clean. I had a good experiences with the staff. The people that complain about these issus are wrong. I highly doubt that the office would not work with them. As far as the mom that said her daughter was charged for trash I know tht all of my things were on a DVD. There was no explaining after that. I hope people do not listen to these people who are obviously ignorant and did not take reponsibility for their own actions.
