I've lived here for about a year and a half and I'm really enjoying my stay. My utilities are quite cheap and the community is very inviting. I just signed a new lease for this fall in a one bedroom for my girlfriend and myself and were very excited. I deffinately plan on staying here for quite some time.

This must be a manager. This is a total lie. I surveyed my neighbors for lat winter, and 4 of 4 apartments had a 275$ dollar per month bill for electricity for the four coldest months of the year. Utilities are not cheep here, do not be fooled.
