I moved here nearly two months ago. Being on my own for the first time, it hasn't been too hard. My leasing agent, Brian, has been saintly in his pursuit of getting my boyfriend and I this apartment. Our place is remodeled, cozy, and in working order. The only drawback was a broken screen door. When we called maintence to fix it we got a completely new door! Aside from the swell staff, the residents are wonderful. I've made a plethora of new friends from the 1st floor up to the 7th! Living here is like being a part of a big commune where everyone looks out for you. Move here and join the party!!!!!

Brian was the only reason anything got done at 2900 place. He is gone now, good luck now!

Brian was a horrible addition to their horrible team, I dont' think it could get much better or worse without him. Party? Yeah there's WAY too much partying going on there, enough to have the police in the parking lot nearly every time I came home, but if you want to study, sleep, or live in a community that is not an embarassing mess, you will want to stay FAR FAR Away!

Brian was always happy to help with whatever problems I had. When I needed my font door fixed he contacted the maintenance crew immediately and they were up to my apartment in about ten minutes. We thought he was a nice addition to the office.
