As others describe this place is a nightmare that will follow you after you leave if you are unfortunate enough to rent before reading these reviews.

The management is nice until you sign then they are unrighteously stuckup and sarcastic ANYTIME you ask them a question for ANY reason. Especially ----, she has the most disgusting personality of anyone I have ever met.
----- is also a bad representative, as he promotes degenerate activity and advertises the apartment as "the best place to party and get wild" which is a big deterant to most good students. In reality, this place is dangerous to be around.

KNOW THIS BEFORE YOU RENT: If you are ever, even once, late on rent for 7 days, they will add an additional $220 to your rent in late fees and bogus eviction notices. $60 fine if you are (1) ONE DAY late. They say this is to cover lawyer fees, but they just print this same document every time and change you as much as they can. Somehow even though they evict you after 7 days being late, it is still possible to rack up over $3000 in charges.

The negativity will follow you after you leave, too.
I lived there for a year, as an occupant. In my agreement I was to may my roomate, my roomate payed 2900 Place. He still owes them money, apparently, and this is now preventing me from getting an apartment elsewhere because 2900 Place tells the other apartment places that there was a debt on this lease, but when I call 2900 Place to get more information, or to get contact information for this roomate that they are having legal disputes with, they say I was not on the lease so they cannot give me any information about this problem. I was not aware that there was any money owed and still it sounds suspicious that this roomate could have possibly racked up this amount of debt.

Also, the pool is very disgustingly dirty in the summer, and gets no sun, so its cold, so even the pool is decieving.

BEWARE! Stay Far Far away from here.

Among all the other problems with what is stated here, I was told upfront that rent was due on the 1st and never had a problem paying it on time.
