High Utilities

When I got to 2900 Place they said the utilities would be arount 45 to 60 at the highest in the winter. They really ended up being like 120 for both water and electric combined. The only other problem I had was my neighbor who played his banjo loudly late into the night. Once he left I had no problems studying. The rest of the place wasn't bad, I kept to myself for the most part.
