The management there is the worst I have ever seen, especially that Dawn lady. The little guy is not bad. The heating bills are over $100/month, something wrong with the thermostat. After I lived there for 2 months, i was late with the payment on April 1st. It was a Sunday, and I usually go down to the office and give them my check. On Sunday, they weren't there, so I gave them the check the next day. And Dawn charged me with a $60 late fee!!! I hate the -----! She told me I had been late before! How could I have, if I moved in less than two months earlier! Worse, when I was moving out, they gave me back half of my $530 deposit, cause I hadn't cleaned the kitchen well enough. And she told me she could have given my late fee back, but she didn't feel like it! Now I dont' want to get to a miles radius of that stinking place!
