DO NOT LIVE HERE - Almost 2 monthsafter I moved out 'The Pointe' sent me a bill for 125$. First of all, it is illegal to charge tenants after their lease have been up for 30 days, mine had been up for 47. The management informed me that they were willing to go to small claims court over this money, I wasn't, so I paid it. Very average apartment, nice location for students - I have lived in Cedar Greens for several years. I have not seen the four bedroom apartments, as they are new this year. This review is only for the one bedrooms. The apartments are not very big, nor are they very nice. Not bad, just average.
