It wasn't too bad living here, but I wouldn't do it again. DTN is always overpriced.

Pros:
Walking distance to campus
AC / dishwasher / microwave

Cons:
Loud neighbors
Very drafty, high heating bill
Sloppy construction in bathroom
Old, stained carpet
Lots of bugs got in
Thin walls, can hear everything
