I wasn't sure if I was the only one having problems. But the dishwasher was broken when we moved in, when maintenance came to fix it they left a note that said the cold water is on the right, and the hot water is on the left, when all we called about is the dishwasher. Then they finally fixed it a few weeks later. Also there was a huge ant problem on the bottom level, which was supposedly fumagated before we moved in, but the super ants survived it all, and then they sent in 3 different exterminators but couldn't get rid of the problem. The exercise equipment is supposed to be fixed next week is the standard response, but it had been broken since the summer or 2000. It does have excellent accessibility to the bus, but that was the only positive thing I can say about it. I was thoroughly disappointed with the treatment by managment, maintenence, and some of the neighbors in the building. The water never works right, cold eventually gets hotter as you leave it on, and it is never comfortably cool. Gas is free, but the heaters are electric, and so is the stove/oven. They refused to stop our leaky faucet, but the water bill is covered. Other than that it has adequate room for two people in a two bedroom apartment, there is plenty of parking.
