Personally, I do not have a lot of problems with Abbott Pointe. This may be due to the fact that I live on the top floor so there are no problems with bugs, and so far I haven't had the bad experiences with hot and cold water that the previous listings state. There are some noisy people that have moved into the building across from us and that can be annoying, but not really Abbott Pointe's fault. I would like to see the exercise equipment fixed but there are better places to work out anyway. I thought that the pool was nice and did not run into the aforementioned skinny dippers or drunks. The heat is free and that is nice and so is the water, also you do not have to worry about garbage pick-up. The apartment is a good size and once you give it a good cleaning it feels like home.
