Just moved in, and already aprehensive

I'm on the third floor, and the air *does not* work. Thank God I have an a/c unit of my own, and I plan to have it installed by my dad when my parents arrive with my furniture. No way I'm waiting on maintenance, after what I've read in previous reviews.

The kitchen is small, but it should be fine. I have vinyl flooring in the kitchen/dining area. All the rooms are decent sized, and considering the area, the price is fair. We'll see if what I've read about the hot water proves to be true.
