Over the years I have lived here the last two have been the worst. The management will tell you one thing and do another. The so called maintenance men as the are called are slow to fix the problem, but do get to it eventualy. The snow removal leaves much to be desired unless you own a 4x4. Aside from all of the things I have listed I would ask to see the exact apartment that you will be living in to see what the overall condition is before signing anything.
