-If you want air, your out of luck. It barely works, if at all.
-It is pitch black in the parking lot at night.
-Some of the office staff are so rude it is ridiculous, I have been told numerous times that whatever my problem is with the apartment will have to wait till they get around to it.
-Some of the laundry facility does not work.
-The heat was out atleast three times this winter and the fastest it was back on was one day.
-Maintenance will do their job POSSIBLY, if you can get them to show up (due to some office staff i'm thinking)
-Screens are missing, so if you open the windows (b/c air not working) bugs get in.
-I've been renting in east lansing from undergrad through grad school and this was the worst place i've lived in. It looks nice, but your even better off in the dorms.
