Abbott is far enough from campus not to get caught up in all the action of downtown if you are trying to avoid it and gives residents a quiet place to do their work. However, weather permitting, one can still walk to downtown from here in ten minutes. The management staff was extremely nice. When we had a problem with something, the maintenence staff responded quite quickly and the problem was always fixed a few hours after reported. All in all, abbott is not a bad place to be at all, its actually kinda perfect.
