Everything seems like it was falling apart at this place, and it takes forever for the guy to fix it. We had birds living in our porch roof the whole year, our water wouldnt turn cold in the kitchen, the closet doors in our bedroom stayed open all year b/c they didnt slide, oh and the heater that hardly worked banged all winter long. I dont know if they just gave us a ---- apt. or if all of them are like this, who knows. I would probably say live somewhere else, but it looks like the person below me thinks its perfect.
