DTN is the worst Management company ever. They will not work with you on anything. The turnover rate is staggeringly high inside the office. The Cold water is so hot it will burn you in the winter because the plumbing lines were run next to the boiler. The current manager is absolutely incompetant and unwilling to do anything for anyone. Now they are instituting a parking permit system and have no public parking.(They will tow you right away) That means if anyone wants to visit you they will have to park across Abbott Rd. and walk to your apartment.

They took two years to fix the roof on our building. It would have been longer but the ceiling started caving in on people.

This group of clowns is awful to deal with. DO NOT RENT FROM DTN Management for any reason. They are the worst.

I live here too, and even though they are doing parking permits now they have not towed anyone. The only cars they have towed is because they are inoperable, which is what they would have done even if there were no permits.
