I just moved in to my apartment this past August and so I have really enjoyed it. My apartment is huge, it has the remodeled kitchen(which is awesome!), and I also have a balcony. Me adn my roommate only pay about $430 each which includes our cable and heat and water. The only drawback is that we are a little further from downtown EL and campus, but the #26 bus stops here every few minutes and plus we each got a permit to park our cars here. At least we are a lot closer than those other apartments up on Chandler road! And I used to live in Cedar Village so I am kind of spoiled, but so far getting to class hasn't been a problem.
I would definitely recommend living here at Abbott Pointe, its cheap and you get a lot of space!
