Although it's well maintained outside, lately, new management has been neglecting the indoors. I've been doing my laundry in the convienent downstairs washers and dryers and couldn't help notice dead bees- EVERYWHERE! I mean, it's been over a month, when do they plan on stopping the mower and grabbing a broom'!

The prior management was very clean. This new guy is forgetting his tenents. In the summer I had a bad case of huge ants entering my home, I complained and the manager brought an exterminator who looked under my heater and that's it. They claimed they would return, but of course they didn't. You'd have better odds of getting hit by lightening, than finding this new manager.

But there are many good things too (so long as nothing breaks). John the maintainence guy, is great, catering to your every whim. No pets are allowed- so we don't have a poop issue. There's plenty of parking. It's nice, secluded and quiet (except during lunch time cuz the local elementary school). And there are hardly any students.

The only main thing that bothers me is that they raised the rent, yet are slacking on the repairs.
