Arbor Forest is an absolutely wonderful place to live. The grounds are beautiful with spring flowering trees and lots of attention by the staff. Having been built in early 1960, the entire complex has great character. Maintenance staff is prompt, attentive and very knowledgeable. Management goes far beyond what anyone can expect from a landlord - they even do their very best to avoid any rent increases on existing tenants, opting instead to gradually increase rents on apartments as they become vacant. I can't say enough nice things about Arbor Forest. It is an EXCELLENT apartment community!
