A friend of mine who used to live here told me about the two comments that were entered recently giving negative feedback about Arbor Forest. I've lived here for over 10 years. I'm a professional person who deals with people everyday and I take the negative comments quite personally. Arbor Forest is a lovely place - grounds, buildings and upkeep are all excellent. Over the years I've seen staff come and go and at this point, Arbor Forest has the very best in management, maintenance and janitorial staffing. I've visited friends and family in other apartment communities in East Lansing and other places nearby but I have yet to find any property that is as well maintained or that has property managers that are as concerned and active as the one we have now at Arbor Forest is.
