I read a previous comment and must admit that this place had gone down. I remember when you could eat in the basements. Now they are mildrewed, are very damp, and stinks terribly. The hallways are alway dirty and have an odor, and when you call for service, they tend to have an attitude all the time. You must remind them over and over to take care of concerns.

Because of my financial situation I can not move right now, but I am determined to be out of here as soon as possible. Just as soon as I can afford a moving truck and services.

You really pay too much for what you get.

As the manager, I am truly sorry that someone who lives here is so dissatisfied, but it should be noted that neither this person nor anyone else has brought any of these concerns to my attention other than thru this comment site. It is true, no one would want to eat in the basements of our buildings, but we have an onsite cleaning person who does an excellent job of keeping the laundry areas clean - although it is sometimes difficult to pick up after so many users of such a small area. To correct the writer, our basements are not mildewed and we have, in fact, spent a great deal of money over the past two years waterproofing the basements without drastic increases to the rents;the hallways may be old, but they are far from dirty and/or smelly, and I hope the writer will accept my apology if their requests for service have not been handled professionally. My staff and I take great pride in our work and we strive to please all our residents. Unfortunately, we are human and may miss something here or there but this certainly does not lessen the fact that we do our very best and I believe we do an exceptional job in responding to our tenants' needs.

If you really feel this way then move! But good luck, hon - this is the best around. I love it here.
