The halls smell, and there is no air circulation. There are consistent flooding problems in the basement. The smell of mildew is rampant. The maintenance staff (1) is very slow to attending to residence. He is, probably by his boss, more into getting vacant places ready. For a small side street, there is a constant stream of heavy trucks, semis, and etc. Not to mention the trains (2) tracks about 80 yards away. And a major highway about 100-150 yards away.

I don't know what to say but who ever wrote this must be just disgruntled or something cuz i live here and outta 'bout 11 other apts i've lived in around here this place is outstanding. I never have a problem getting things fixed when i call for maintenance - the staff is always nice and professional - i've never seen a semi or big truck other than garbage trucks or tree trimming trucks go down the little side road - the trains are all the way across trowbridge a four lane road with a divder in between and yes, you hear the whistle and sometimes the trains but if you live in east lansing anywhere you hear them (actually sometimes its comforting to hear the clickity clack of the train) and i see having the highways so close an asset - sure makes it easy to get anywhere around here. i've been here over 5 years and i love it! don't let whoever this is make you think it's not a nice place. sometimes the basements are a little wet but at least in my building they've been doing some water proofing to try and make that better too.
