No Fan of DTN Either

Arbor Glen was a nice complex a number of years before I moved in. It catered to young professionals and grad students, quiet, clean and respectful people. The original management company failed to turn a profit, and as is their MO, DTN moved in and bought the complex for pennies on the dollar.
DTN is not a great company to work for, and their managers seem to change every 3-6 months. Although the complex was maintained relatively well, the character of my neighbors changed pretty drastically in the course of the year I lived there. At the start of the new school year, the complex was overrun with people. There were almost certainly students living at double the legal occupancy. Parties were frequent. Parking was scarce.
DTN specializes in buying up properties, running them as cheaply as possible, and marketing them to students. Before long, they all take on the worn and dingy quality of a fraternity house, no matter how nice they might have been initially.
