Bad: A bit pricey, with no utilities included in rent. Could hear sound through the walls somewhat. High turnover with office staff. No elevator in building--difficult to move in on upper floor.

Good: Generally quiet atmosphere; always clean and well lit, inside and outside the building; felt safe; maintenance staff always prompt with repairs (within a day or two); never a problem with parking; once late with my rent but not charged a late fee; office staff generally friendly; no problem when had to break lease early (though charged the typical break-lease fees); fun small Christmas gift from management; good laundry facilities within building.

Never used the weight room, pool, or spa so cannot evaluate.
