We have been here for over one year and we haven't had any maintenance problems. Occasionally you hear people late at night, but only when there is a big event going on, like Super Bowl, or St. Patrick's Day. All of that is to be expected. The hot tub is great and the work out area is open late which is nice. We are not students and are very comfortable living here. Nice Place. 3mPoZ6gGN6wTPgNi4L2C
