I have lived in a lot of places during my time in East Lansing, and I am not sure why everyone is complaining about the price, Arbor Glen is a good value when you compare it to the apartments in downtown East Lansing. I pay less here then I did in any of the other places in East Lansing.

Don't let that above paragraph fool you the apartments were great and new. I even had a fireplace and washer/dryer in my apartment, which was great. I never had any problems with the neighbors, and in fact it was great seeing them down at the pool in the in work out room.

Yeah there was limited parking for guests, but what do you expect in a college town. It is better then most places in town which have no guest parking and sometimes don't even have enough for their own residents. At my old place I had two parking places but my roommate and I had to park each other in, which was just a pain. My roommate and I each had our own parking space and we traded off using our carport.

At no time have I felt unsafe at Arbor Glen. the parking lots are well lighted, and each biulding has a security door with buzz in entry.

The office and maintanance staff were great. They were always friendly and got to my maintance requests within 24 hours. They have 24 hour on call maintenance was came in huge when I accidently looked my-self out.

I definatly would check out Arbor Glen when you are searching for apartments in the East Lansing Area.
