Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
 

Not as nice and not as many features as the other student complexes in the Northern Tier (Chandler Road) area.

Strict management does not tolerate parties or noise that can be heard outside your apartment. Cars can be ticketed and towed if they're in the wrong carport parking space.
