If you are not a student and not under 28, avoid this place. I was assured that it was "mixed" - older, younger, etc. It's all young students, period, except for a handful of schmucks like me. You will be treated like a youngster, no matter what your age, with DTN Management rules and regulations. Expensive, old and worn. Cheap, cheap carpeting and linoleum (old, too). Much better and cheaper options just across 127 off Saginaw. Positive' Covered parking, away from the highway, maintenance responsive, no crime problems and my apartment was quiet (not always the case).
