Overall: I have been here for almost a year and so far I am happy with everything.
Safety: I feel this place quite safe. Each building has a building key to enter, so you don't see a random person coming in and out.
Parking: There is no problem for parking!
Grounds: Grounds are kept clean always. Pool, club room, and gym are also kept clean, too.
Building: This is not the greatest building I've ever lived but it seems that's the standard in East Lansing. At least we can hear the TV sounds on the hallway but as soon as you enter your room, you don't hear anything!
Room: The unit is very spacious and it's really up to you how to decorate it. I do miss a hardwood floor though... I love having a walk-in closet, too.
Staff: They are always nice! I've never had a problem with them. They also fix things as soon as I ask them.
Price: I do admit that it may be a bit higher than the other apartments but washer/dryer in a unit, safe building, great staff - you get what you pay for!
