This building is owned and operated by the same folks as Villa Montee. I've had no trouble at all. Folks basically leave you alone. Management very responsive -- usually same-day. Quiet neighbors. Parking lot sometimes gets full, but we can use the church next door. Very reasonable rates. This building is entirely one-bedroom apts. Renters have access to gym and pool on Rampart Way. They just redid the balconies in 2006, and re-paved the parking lot. Right on busy Hwy. 69, so if you don't like noise, be sure to get an apartment in the back.
