Nice place while going to school at MSU. I lived in a furnished apartment with nice furniture. If your a college student then the noise is average otherwise might be a little loud. The walk to campus was easy and very safe. I didn't hear of any break-in problems while I lived there. My neighbors were smokers so the hallways always smelled but wasn't noticable in the apartment. There was always a parking spot available and the lot was well lit.
