Burnt Tree used to be owned and operator by the best apartment staff I have ever been exposed to. However, DTN recently took over and the once serene non-college student atmosphere changed. I am now awakened to loud parties, music, and exposed to condom wrappers and beer bottles in the building laundry room.

I am just waiting for the sharp increase in rent. Burnt Tree was once a hidden treasure in East Lansing, but thanks to the corporate forces that be, DTN has decided to take charge and ruin the place. And, not to mention the staff was replaced by incompetent 19 year olds who don't answer my questions and tell me to come back later (sorry, some of us have jobs).
