I don't know what you guys are talking about. I have lived here for 18 months and absolutely loved it. There are partiers in the building, but the walls are so well-insulated that I can hardly hear a thing in my bedroom. The administration has always been very responsive when I have questions and fixes things very quickly. As far as heating costs, I have a DOUBLE and my heating bill is $40 / month (I keep the thermostat at 70 degrees). This is a great place and I highly reccommend it.
