Nice apt but not worth the stress

When I first moved in I loved the apt and thought everyone was nice, it was quiet. But now it's just one thing after another. When I moved in I gave a list of things in the apt that needed to be repaired. After 2 weeks they finally came and looked at it and said it would all have to be replaced. A month passed and I went to the office to ask, they said they would look into it. 2 more weeks passed before they finally fixed everything after I had to ask again. We lived here for 2 months before our repairs were done. A week after that Burnt Tree shut off our cable for no reason (and with that our internet that we subscribe through comcast for was shut off to). When we called and asked about it, they said they might have accidently shut ours off when they meant to shut off someone else's. They promised to fix it right away. So far, it has been a week now with no cable or internet because of their mistake. We were told someone would be here 2 days ago to fix the problem. We're still waiting...They say they will reimburse us for our cable, but we can't get reimbursed by comcast for our internet we are paying for but not getting because it's not comcast's fault, it's burnt tree's. The staff is super nice and says that they will help you out asap, but there is a serious lack of communication. The office staff has absolutely no clue what-so-ever as to what is going on and they sure as hell don't know how to run a business.
