Very poor management. They gave my roommates and I a random roommate. It turned out terrible. They did not ask us if we agreed or not. She just showed up and moved on in. It is too expensive to pay for this type of living. The management is not understanding and does not care at all if you are happy - just make sure that you pay them because they adore late fees. Do not forget rent on Spring Break - they will not waive the $40 dollar fee. Oh, and they put us in a handycapped apartment and did not tell us or discount the rate. We had low counter tops, a different refrigerator, different bathrooms, and crappy berber carpet.
The apartment itself is nice. The units all have separate bedrooms and washers and dryers in them. The appliances and such are cheap but you can't blame them in a college town. It is fully furnished so it really helps alleviate moving stress. There is onsite tanning and a workout facility. It is pretty close to campus (right behind Brody) and the CATA picks you up basically at your door. There is no pool. Overall the facilities are nice, just very poor management. odusyNYCcZ7yL3Bj5JtG
