The apts have personal washers and dryers, definitly a plus. However it is much easier to criticize than compliment. I wish they had some sort of a pet policy, I do not like being in fear of one of there "routine mantinence inspections" because of my secret friend. I also think they are a little to quick to use there key to your apartment. The one bedrooms are a little cramped but I also have a pretty light rent rate. Also be advised if your name is not on a lease you do not get a parking permit and your car will be towed on regular basis. To finish on a good note, if you live in a one bedroom building you do get about as much piece and quite as can be expected unlike the 2,3,and 4 bedroom of this and many other complexes. Id sign another lease but preferably with a little more playroom a pet and a padlock.
