Very clean, new apartments. The community is all college students, so its loud, but the walls arent too thin. Management is friendly and repairs are done quickly. Management is a little condescending - its certainly the only place in town where Ive had to have my parents co-sign the lease.
The place is built on a swamp, so the parking lot sinks into massive potholes every spring - if you love your car, dont live here! Other than that, the wetland is great - think bird calls and frogs morning and night, it makes nice background music.
Its cheaper than the other complexes just up the road, with similar amenities.
The leases are individual by bedroom, so affordable AND avoids roommate problems.
One parking permit per person, the visitor parking is ten spaces and they fill by about 7pm every night. They ticket and tow FREQUENTLY; if you're a light sleeper like me you can get your guests out before the tow with just a ticket, but don't count on it! Towing only goes on at night, and game weekend nights are a sure bet that towing will happen.
I never challeneged b/c I moved out of state, but I lost my entire security deposit for no good reason that I know of. Bizznitches.
