Capstone seems like it would be a great place to live, except for the fact that you can't do anything but listen to other people. I have found over the past year living there that there are quite a few problems with Capstone. First, the walls are way too thin, which poses a problem for those students that may actually want to study. Second, there is no parking. Sure, there may be empty spots available, but theyare in the back of the complex, which for many residents, is an extremely far walk to get to your apartment...you might as well live in the dorms. Third, rent is extremely high and you do not get any amenities with it, except for water, which is standard. I found that mgmt. was extremely lax in the way cleaning was done before move in, but incredibly strict with fining after move out. In addition, when people get sick after a long night's out and throw up in the stairwell, it often takes days to clean the floors and steps. If you want a place to party, move to capstone. If not, then move elsewhere. I would not recommend Capstone to my worst enemy.
