IT'S AWFUL

Capstone Commons may look nice on the outside, but inside it is awful. First of all, it is way overpriced for what you get. Second, management is awful. They ignore your problems. Fail to clean the aparment prior to move in and then fine for erroneous charges when you move out. If you are smart, you will stay away!
