I can't believe this place has a 40% approval rating. I had a horrible experience living here. If you're a somewhat serious student, look elsewhere...stay in the dorms - they're quieter. Capstone exemplifies the epitome of cheap construction. You hear everything from your neighbors, especially if you're not on the top floor. People walking above you sound like thunder. If you can't tell, I'm a light sleeper. Forget sleep on the weekends (which usually start on Wednesday at Capstone, by the way), you’ll be up listening to music or watching drunk people scale balconies until sunrise.
Bills are expensive, because of the cheap construction (leaky windows in the winter, poor insulation). Bus to campus takes a while and during rush hours, you can plan on waiting about 30 minutes for the 26. The whole northern tier area is SO crowded with student apartments.
Office staff is friendly, but in the end that doesn't make it worth living here.
Your money would be better spent anywhere else. Don't live at Capstone.
