I think for the price and the location (free bus passes) you should live here. I met a lot of great people and all of my friends moved in . It was nice to have a furnished apartment. Downfall-make sure you write everything on the move in check sheet. I had friends of mine get charged for carpet and mattresses becasue they did not write it down... Maintenance is pretty good and office staff is good too. I say live here -just beware that it does get a little noisy- it is student housing after all.
