I lived there for two years and I am so glad I moved out. The management is terrible and keeps getting worse. There is vandalism (club house just got robbed) and last Fall there was a drug-related shooting at one of the units. Management had been informed that something shady was going on and did not evict those residents until the shooting happened. The apartments are old and maintenance is terrible. You will spend a fortune on heating in the winter because they have the cheapest insulation and most windows aren't sealed properly. For the amount of money they charge you can get something much better. If you enjoy the the trailer park atmosphere live here.
