The location is great, but it is way too expensive for what you get. In the summer we had a huge centipede problem and a rolly polly problem in the fall, our drain would always overflow in the kitchen with old smelly water, and there would always be bums sleeping outside our door under the stairwell. We didn't have the upgraded kitchen and bathroom because they charged too much for it, but i would recommend getting an apt with an upgrade. Also watch where you park your car in the garage. Mine was damaged and I know many other people had problems with the same thing, and DTN won't hold any responsablity if your car is vandalized.
