it is a very expensive place to live if you don't share a room. obviously the only thing you are paying for is location. i had to pay for an upgraded kitchen at the last minute, only to have to wait 3 months after i moved in to have them fix the floor. apartment was terribly dirty when i moved in. maintenance has handled some of the problems quickly and some of them very slowly. in general, the apartments just simply aren't that nice. pretty old, pretty desctructive previous residents. there is nothing particularly redeeming about the place other than the location of the ground where it sits. i guess i would call it inconvenient living in a convenient location. plus, remember that dtn is a management company that can really pray on naive, young college students. every tenant living at one of their complexes should make sure they know all their rights and responsibilities in regard to security deposits, escrowing rent for maintenance problems, etc.
