Had a spot right on the river, nice view. The aparments underneith mine had major septic problems, MAJOR. The toilets backed up and all the basement apartments were covered in raw sewage. It was the worst thing possible. After it was cleaned up, the problems seemed to dissappear. A few residents moved out after the incident, but all was good on the other floors. Great location to campus. It is definetely the ghetto apartments of East Lansing, but a very fun place to live. Watch out for the bums though... I saw a fight in the parking garage because one bum was digging through another bums garbage disposal vin. Kitchen was remodeled and was a lot nicer. Rent to high though for what you get... laws of supply and demand.
